Unfair Competition
Generally speaking, imitation of objects that are not patent-protected is allowed, but unfair exploitation of another’s operating results does cross a line. In the prosecution of such infringements, our office also collaborates with lawyers, but the patent attorney in particular is in charge of the technical aspects. Although a defense against such imitations is difficult, it is possible to achieve it within certain constellations, as experience has shown.
